Balanced line bundles on Fano varieties: Kobayashi-Oichi theorem

Abstract
Today we study the geometry of X equipped with a balanced line bundle L and investigate some Fano 3folds.
We will prove Kobayashi-Oichi theorem on the classification of high index Fano varieties, study Fano schemes of lines or conics, and then workout some concrete Fano 3folds examples.
