Aim & Scope:
The purpose of this workshop is to provide an environment for scholars to update the recent development in the related research fields and exchange research ideas. This is the 4th time that we organize this conference. The first two times took place in South Korea. The third time took place in Japan. This time, we decide to do it in Taipei. From the former experience, this workshop provides a very good opportunity for young mathematicians to get to know each other and to establish research collaborations.
