2. Course Background & Purposes
Professor Goong Chen will visit NCTS during Jan. 31-April 30. During this period, he plans to give weekly or bi-weekly lectures on various topics related to computational mechanics and applied mathematics at NTHU or NCTS to broad audiences with backgrounds in mathematics, physics, aerospace and mechanical engineering, and virology. Naturally, he welcomes any discussions with graduate students, faculty members and other researchers from universities and organizations in Taiwan.
